About us

Fresh Start Furnishings is a community-led project in Shrewsbury that re-homes quality pre-loved furniture. We work with families who need a hand setting up home — keeping good furniture out of landfill in the process.

What we do

• Collect donated furniture across Shropshire — free of charge.
• Check, clean and prepare items for re-homing.
• Sell at very low prices to help families on tight budgets.
• Reduce waste — every sofa we save is one less in landfill.
